The English Springer Spaniel is a friendly, lively, outgoing ,
medium sized dog. He requires regular exercise & and daily
grooming. Springers enjoy children & adults alike & do best in a
home situation when properly trained & socialized.
The English Springer Spaniel was originally bred as an all
round hunting dog, requiring a great amount of stamina &
independent thinking in order to complete this task. A Springer
thrives when given a job to do whether it is following you
around the house, announcing visitors, doing such activities
such as obedience, conformation, agility, hunting or tracking.
Obedience training your Springer at an early age is very
important as this helps to develop a bond between you & your
dog.
Males range in size from 19-20 inches & weigh approx. 45-55
lbs. females range in size from 18 - 20 inches & weigh approx 35
- 45 lbs. Springers come in a few colours but I only have the

A properly trained & well socialized Springer is a wonderful
pet for all ages.
